1. Award Scheme
(a) Hinditar Bhashi Hindi Lekhak Puraskar Yojna
Ans. Any Hindi writer can participate under the scheme whose mother tongue is any language included in the eighth schedule of the constitution except Hindi, and who has not been living in any Hindi speaking area for 15 years or more.
Ans. According to the provisions of Hinditar Bhashi Hindi Lekhak Puraskar Yojna, a writer can get the award only once in the scheme.
Ans. Books published till 5th year of the award year can be included in Hinditar Bhashi Hindi Lekhak Puraskar Yojna. For example books published in the year 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 for the awards of the year 2018 can be included.
Ans. Yes, Hindi translation of the Novel can be presented for the award, but with this you must attach No Objection Certificate with your application.
Ans. Dissertation are not acceptable in the Pursakar Yojna.
Ans. Manuscript is not acceptable for award in Hinditar Bhashi Hindi Lekhak Puraskar Yojna. Only published books are acceptable under the scheme. Book must have at least 100 pages.
