Agreements related to Educational Exchange Programme (Previously Cultural Exchange Programme) has been taken place between Indian and Foreign Countries. Under these agreements, CHD has been publishing Conversation Guides and Dictionaries in different foreign languages. The conversation guides provide foreign language support in the form of easy translation of in-routine spoken words/ sentences to the Hindi-speaking tourist, students, business/ corporate people, diplomats etc. and enable them to contact/ converse conveniently with the foreign country's natives.

Language Based Dictionary

1) Polish - Hindi Dictionary:

This Dictionary contains approximately 15,000 entries of polish words. These words have been selected on the basis of their usage in day-to-day life. There are four columns in this dictionary which are in the following order: 1. Polish words as main entries. 2. Their grammatical category 3.Devanagari transliteration of Polish words and 4. Hindi equivalent of Polish words.Devanagari transliteration enables the user of this dictionary to understand the nearest pronunciation of Polish word. This Dictionary is under preparation.

2) Czech - Hindi Dictionary:

Czech-Hindi Dictionary contains approximately 15000 entries of Czech words. These words have been selected on the basis of their usage in day-to-day life. There are four columns in following order: 1. Czech words as main entries 2.Devanagari transliteration of Czech words 3. Their grammatical category 4. 5000 Hindi entries are compiled in this dictionary. Entries are selected from the routine life. It contains Five columns: 1) Main entries of the Hindi language 2) Grammatical category 3) Transliteration of Hindi entry in Bulgarian Language 4) Bulgarian Synonym 5) Transliteration of Bulgarian Synonym in Devanagari. Dictionary is under publication.
